Thursday gets the party started a day early with a pair of free live music shows. Head over to Snow King Ball Field at 5:30 pm to catch the husband, wife duo JOHNNYSWIM. Consider yourself lucky to catch this folk, soul, blues, and pop duo for free at the base of the King.
Another great option is to check out local crowd favorite Calle Mambo at the Village Commons at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This high energy Latin and Salsa outfit kicks off at 7 pm and fireworks pop off at 10 pm.

To the early bird go the pancakes, eggs, and sausage at the Jackson Hole Jaycees Pancake Breakfast. The tasty food runs from 7:00-10:30 am. Tickets are $10 in advance for adults, $6 for kids, and children 5 and under free. After loading up with a delicious breakfast stick around and check out the Howdy Pardners Jackson Hole 4th of July Parade. It’s a Jackson Hole tradition and a salute to Uncle Sam with floats, horses, hot rods, and music.
There are two great locations to see fireworks. Stay in town at the base of Snow King Mountain and watch the rockets red glare light up the night or catch the fireworks at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort with the Tetons as a magnificent back drop. Whatever you do make sure you enjoy your 4th!
